Kids Classes

Strength & Conditioning for children is safe and effective when a child’s program is designed appropriately. As well the classes should be fun because after all they are for kids! Strength and conditioning classes will help children with core strength, plyometrics workout, neuromuscular training and sports specific training.

Classes focus on a child’s ability to be aware of movement, and how to apply functional movements to a child’s daily life.  The class if a full body workout keeping the heart rate up and having fun! there are 2 classes -one for 11 yrs old and younger and another for 12+ years.

Classes are 45 minutes.
