Cardio Boxing

This class is geared to get your cardiovascular endurance up to its highest potential, while having fun and listening to some cool music, to keep you in the grove while burning about 700 calories a class. If you are looking for a class that will give you time to, get water , talk to the person next to you, not sweat, or not burn calories then this is not the class for you. This class is set up to give you the basics of boxing you learn the basic punches, jabs, right-cross, upper cut,  push ups, jumping jacks and a hole lot of other exercises! It’s also a high intense, high heart rate, high energy, high endurance, high calorie burning,great music, fun people class.

Now if that sounds like you then this is definitely the class for you. Remember CARDIO BOXING is for the person who wants to see a change in your mind, body, and spirit. So come to a cardio boxing class on wednesday @ 7pm.
