To complete our existing location and to keep up with the on going demand with changes in the industry, Independent Trainers Place -located on 87th Street, Manhattan, NYC- has added on and built All For 1 Fitness. Finally we have opened up a space to complete our existing facility! All For 1 Fitness is one of the only gyms that cater to the independent trainers on the upper East Side which provides strength training, Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebell, Boxing, Strength and conditioning.
