Sports & Conditioning for Kids
The sports and conditioning class for kids which is offered Saturdays at 11 am is designed to enhance a child’s performance. This will help in their daily development and if they play sports this helps to enhance his/hers performance level.
The class works on flexibility, strength, balance, agility, endurance, and plyometrics. Children will improve on their power, speed, aerobic activity, hand eye coordination and balance. This workout incorporates muscular strength for the whole body. The sports and conditioning class will provide an intense workout while having fun!
The class is offered Saturdays at 11 am OPEN TO ALL LEVELS AND AGES!
