    How can you burn maximum amount of calories and tone your body? BOX! Boxing burns 350-500 calories -it helps to tone up your shoulders and arms. Not only that you will be cardiovascularly in the best shape ever! Its time to get off the treadmill, precor, bike etc and try boxing.

    The word boxing might frighten some people off because it refers to fighting with someone. In all reality you really don’t hit anyone! You actually end letting a lot of aggression out on the mist and heavy bag. It’s a great feeling!

    Boxing helps to tone the upper body giving you great a great shape. As well you will take your endurance to a whole new level! Boxing also helps build confidence and self-esteem. We recommend boxing to men and women of all ages! You will be hooked!

    Sports & Conditioning for Kids

    The sports and conditioning class for kids which is offered Saturdays at 11 am is designed to enhance a child’s performance. This will help in their daily development and if they play sports this helps to enhance his/hers performance level.

    The class works on flexibility, strength, balance, agility, endurance, and plyometrics. Children will improve on their power, speed, aerobic activity, hand eye coordination and balance. This workout incorporates muscular strength for the whole body. The sports and conditioning class will provide an intense workout while having fun!

    The class is offered Saturdays at 11 am OPEN TO ALL LEVELS AND AGES!
